About

Hello, there! I’m a marketer with a mission 🚀 to help organizations create compelling content experiences that make people fall in love with the brand. Build trust with their 🙌 customers. Period. Exclamation. My two best friends? Words and data. 📊

I craft stimulating, resourceful, and in-depth guides to facilitate multi-channel content marketing and generate revenue. 💷 I enjoy pulling together seemingly disparate information, taking an angle, and crafting a story that ties 🪢 everything together.

As a Marketing Manager at Simform, I led & scaled internal and external content teams across resource planning/allocation, programmatic 🎯 goals, and editorial operations. I maintained an editorial 🗓️ calendar that supported cross-departmental initiatives while balancing both the long and short game.

My marketing experience also comprises developing, executing and nurturing highly customized marketing campaigns 🔮 focused on organic channels, for both B2B and B2C audiences. I thrive when it comes to collaborating with different teams in order to bring ideas together, influence an outcome and also optimize and scale for future growth.

Before joining Simform, I’ve worked with Hubilo, a virtual event platform, to build and execute 🍀 self-serve marketing funnels, powered by content and SEO, instrumenting user touchpoints and improving the user funnel conversion rate to optimize MQLs lead conversion.

Then London Happened 🇬🇧

In 2022, I moved to London and completed a postgraduate degree in Marketing Management from the University of London. After graduating, I took a short break from the corporate world to reset, rethink, and explore what I truly enjoy building.

That “break” unexpectedly led me behind a coffee bar — without a laptop, without Notion docs, without campaign dashboards — and I loved it.

Today, I’m the Head of Coffee at a London-based coffee company, where I lead recipe development, sensory + brewing standards, employee training, and operational consistency across sites.

What makes this role different from my earlier experience is that it forced me to get out from behind the screen and into real-time environments. It taught me how to communicate on the fly, train teams, make decisions with imperfect information, and interact with people all day long. I’ve learned more about leadership, service psychology, and human behavior than any spreadsheet could have taught me — and I wouldn’t trade it. ☕️

This role is radically different from anything I’d done before. It took me from behind the screen and put me in front of people — real people, in real time, with real moods, real stories, and real expectations. I went from managing content calendars to managing queues, flavors, expectations, and human energy.

The Human Curriculum ☕

Working in hospitality has taught me things no campaign ever could:

  • How to read micro-expressions
  • How to hold space for strangers
  • How to de-escalate tension with kindness
  • How to communicate without jargon or slides
  • How to make someone’s day in 15 seconds

When you’re serving hundreds of people a week, you quickly learn how much power small interactions have.

And Then There are the Connections 🤗

From countless conversations to unexpected friendships to a few dates I absolutely didn’t see coming — this job has given me more human connection than my entire career had up until that point. It’s broadened my worldview, made me more patient, softened some edges, sharpened others, and made me a better human overall.

I came for a break from corporate life. I ended up with community.

Outside of Work 🥐

Outside of work, I maintain a multidisciplinary inventory (yeah, this one) where I infrequently update about what I’m reading and events in general. My philic nature is prone to dogs, more dogs, coffee ☕, friends, and coffee with friends. Presently, I am fascinated with learning Français and scrolling Twitter. If you see me there, don’t forget to say hello @sitaparajay.

Or, without a second thought, connect with me on LinkedIn to get this further.
